6 oz center-cut halibut steak
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp water
2 tbsp Easy Butter cannabutter
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, thyme, oregano, rosemary, pepper, and water and blend well to make a paste.
3. Butter an oven-proof baking dish.
4. Place halibut in the dish and spread with the mustard–herb paste.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
