Cannabutter Lasagna

When people think about cannabis-infused food recipes, we sincerely doubt that their minds jump immediately to lasagna, but, believe it or not, lasagna (a recipe which requires a lot of butter) is actually an incredible vessel for your Easy Butter Maker infused cannabutter. Our infused lasagna recipe provides all the ooey-gooey cheesy goodness of Grandma’s old recipe, but with the massive improvement of being able to get you lifted to the moon!

We’re pretty confident that if Garfield ever got into a pan of this lasagna, he would be a lot nicer to Jon!

Cannabutter Lasagna Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
1 container (15 oz.) part-skim ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 eggs
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup of Easy Butter

1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet; drain
3. Stir in Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce; heat through
4. Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, Easy Butter and eggs in large bowl; set aside
5. Evenly spread 1 cup meat sauce in 13 x 9-inch baking dish
6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, then 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture; repeat
7. Top with remaining 4 noodles and sauce
8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes
9. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
10. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes
11. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
