“Baked” Donut Holes

Ingredients:
1 Cup – White Sugar
½ Cup – Easy Butter Cannabutter, Melted
¾ tsp – Ground Nutmeg
½ Cup – Milk
1 tsp – Baking Powder
1 Cup – All Purpose Flour
1 tsp – Ground Cinnamon

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Spray all of the cups of a mini-muffin pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray
3. With an electric stand mixer, mix ½ Cup Sugar, Nutmeg, ¼ Cup Cannabutter, Milk, Baking Powder, and Flour until combined
4. Fill mini-muffin cups ½ way full with donut mix.  Bake 20 Mins
5. When donuts are in oven, take 2 separate bowls and put ¼ Cup melted Cannabutter in one, and ½ Cup Sugar with Cinnamon in the other
6. When donuts have finished baking, remove them from the mini-muffin pan and one-at-a-time dip them first in the melted Cannabutter followed by coating them with the Cinnamon Sugar
