EDIBLE Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Infused Easy Butter unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tsp. kosher salt
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Infused Easy Buttermilk
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, salt, and sugar until light and creamy, about 3 minutes.
Slowly add the flour to the sugar mixture, mixing until combined.
Add the vanilla extract and milk.
Make sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of bowl so the dough is smooth and evenly combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
HEY, you can even add it to your favorite ice cream.
