Biscuits in a Cast Iron Skillet


2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup Easy Butter Infused whole milk.
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Easy Butter Infused melted butter.
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Mix all together. The batter will be thick, and wet. Generously grease cast iron skillet. Flour your hands each time. Pinch off about a 2-inch ball and lightly roll between hands, place in skillet. Preheat oven to 450, bake for 15 minutes, brush tops with more melted butter, and cook 5 minutes more.
