1/3 cup Easy Butter canna-olive oil
2/3 cup milk
1.5 cups tapioca flour
1/2 cup packed and finely grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. table salt
1 egg


1. Preheat the oven to 385 degrees F and lightly grease the cups in a muffin tray.
2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until completely smooth with no lumps.
3. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups and bake in the oven for 18 to 23 minutes.
4. When done the muffins should be just golden-brown.
